Care

Protect Unicorn’s silver-white surface hairs while giving it plenty of filtered light.

Light and airflow

Place it near a bright window, with strong direct sun softened by a sheer curtain. Keep air circulating around the mount and fronds.

Handling

Do not wipe or rub the white covering off the fronds. Use a gentle stream when watering; a strong jet can strip away the surface hairs.

Description

Fertile fronds

Taiwanese nursery Ajin’s Garden describes short, broad, rounded fertile fronds whose tips curve upward as the plant matures. The fronds have a dense covering of white hairs that can have a faint bluish cast.
